At Curtains in Abu Dhabi, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our curtains. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of receiving your curtains.

Curtains must be in their original conditionโ€”unused, unwashed, and free from damage.

Fabric samples and custom-made items are non-returnable, unless defective on arrival.

3. Return Process

Contact our Customer Support via email at info@curtainsinabudhabi.ae
or call 056 267 9002 within the 7-day window.

Provide your order number, product details, and clear photos showing any issue (if applicable).

Once approved, youโ€™ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the items.

Pack the curtains securelyโ€”preferably in original packagingโ€”and ship via a trackable courier. We are not responsible for lost packages.

4. Return Shipping

For defective or damaged items, weโ€™ll cover the return shipping cost.

For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

5. Refunds & Exchanges

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you via email about its status.

If approved, the refund will be processed within 5โ€“7 business days to your original payment method.

Custom orders may incur a restocking fee of 10โ€“15%, depending on the product and order size.

6. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of placement.

After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if production or shipping has begun.

7. Garment Cleaning & Alterations

Cleaning services follow the same return policy unless damage occurs during cleaning.

Alteration services are subject to their own termsโ€”please inquire for details.
